Unit Quantity definition

Unit Quantity means, in megawatt-hours, the product of (a) the number of Units allocated to the Participant at a specific Auction (in megawatts) and (b) the aggregate hours of the Unit Validity Times within the Product Period of such Units;
Unit Quantity means the amount of Product actually delivered by Seller to Buyer by each individual Unit.
Unit Quantity means the amount of Product (in MW) actually delivered” (as such term is used in Section 4.1) by Seller to Buyer by each individual Unit and as may be reduced according to Section 3.3(b) as applicable.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
