Unit Options definition

Unit Options means options to purchase Common Shares and Series A Shares issued to holders of common share purchase options of First West pursuant to the Arrangement, with each Unit Option having given rise to the holder thereof being issued (i) one Common Share Option exercisable for 0.154 of a Common Share, and (ii) one Series A Share Option exercisable for 0.077 of a Series A Share, with any fractional interest (in each case) being rounded down to the nearest whole number of securities upon exercise.
Unit Options means options for the purchase of Units under the Unit Option Plan;
Unit Options means options to purchase Units issued pursuant to the Key Employee Unit Option Plan; and

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Incentive Stock Options means Option Rights that are intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights or “SAR” means a right granted to a Participant under Section 6(c).

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Article 7.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
