Unit of Fiscal Integrity definition

Unit of Fiscal Integrity means a unit created within the New Jersey State Police and Office of the Attorney General by Section 70 of the Educational Facilities Financing and Construction Act, P.L. 2000, c. 72.
Unit of Fiscal Integrity means the New Jersey State Police or such other designee of the Attorney General performing the functions and duties of the Office of Fiscal Integrity in School Construction within the Office of the Attorney General pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-43, as amended.
