Unit Completion Date. With respect to the Ammonia Project, thirty-six (36) months from the date on which the Initial Advance is made by Owner to Agent pursuant to Section 4 hereof plus any Force Majeure Delay, and with respect to any other Unit, as agreed to in writing among Agent, Owner and any Assignee.
