Unique Learner Number definition

Unique Learner Number or “ULN” means the Unique Learner Number, a unique number assigned to each Learner through the Learning Records Service; and
Unique Learner Number means registering a learner/student on to the UK Education System and Learner Record Service to acquire a student’s ULN. Upon acquiring a ULN, a student will then be registered with BCS the awarding body.

  • DoD item unique identification means a system of marking items delivered to DoD with unique item identifiers that have machine- readable data elements to distinguish an item from all other like and unlike items.
