Unionized Employees definition

Unionized Employees has the meaning set out in Section 5.02(2).
Unionized Employees means all Employees who have rights under the Expired Collective Bargaining Agreement.

More Definitions of Unionized Employees

Unionized Employees means all Employees who are represented by any one of the Unions.
Unionized Employees means employees of the Operations whose terms and conditions of employment are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and identified as such in Section 1.1(169) of the Disclosure Letter.
