Union Requirement definition

Union Requirement means the obligation that the contractors and each subcontractor of every tier used by Tenant shall for the duration of its contract (a) be a party to or bound by a collective bargaining agreement applicable to the geographic area in which the Building is located, applicable to the trade or trades in which the work under the contract is to be performed, and entered into with one or more labor organizations affiliated with the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO or with an independent, nationally recognized labor organization or one of its affiliated locals, and (b) solely employ members of such labor organizations to perform work within their respective traditional jurisdictions.
Union Requirement is the obligation to (a) be a party to or bound by a collective bargaining agreement with a labor organization affiliated with Building and Construction Trade Department of the AFL-CIO, if EXHIBIT B -7- applicable, to the trade or activity in question which is paid for, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of the Tenant Allowance, and (b) employ only workers of such labor organizations to perform work within their respective jurisdictions.

  • The Tenant Improvements shall be subject to, and in compliance with the Union Requirement (defined below), and pursuant to all other terms and conditions of the Lease.

  • The Tenant Improvements shall be subject to, and in compliance with the Union Requirement (defined below) and Section 5.8, and pursuant to all other terms and conditions of the Lease.

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Risk Retention Requirements means the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. §78o-11), as added by Section 941 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of appropriate registrations, filings, endorsements, notarisations, stampings and/or notifications of the Security Documents and/or the security expressed to be created under the Security Documents determined by the legal advisers to the Lender to be necessary in any Pertinent Jurisdiction for the enforceability or production in evidence of the relevant Security Document to the extent such matters are complied with within any timeframe specified by law or the relevant Security Document;

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • Credit Requirements means a long-term credit rating (corporate or long-term senior unsecured debt) of (1) “Baa3” or greater by Xxxxx’x, or (2) “BBB-” or greater by S&P, or such other indicia of creditworthiness acceptable to PacifiCorp in its reasonable judgment.

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Regulation RR means Regulation RR (Credit Risk Retention) promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to implement the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Securities Exchange Act.
