Union Registry definition

Union Registry means the Registry referred to as the 'Community Registry' in Article 19(1) of the EU ETS Directive;
Union Registry means the registry established and maintained in accordance with Article 19 of Directive 2003/87/EC for the execution of processes pertaining to the maintenance of holding accounts and the allocation, surrender and cancellation of allowances;
Union Registry means the secure, centralised information system (standardised electronic database) maintained by the central Administrator enabling, in particular, the tracking of Allowances and Kyoto Units in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the Directive.
