Union/Policy Grievance definition

Union/Policy Grievance a grievance filed by the Union on behalf of the Union not necessarily requiring initiation by a bargaining unit member, but must be signed by an authorized representative of the recognized Union.
Union/Policy Grievance. (which is defined as an alleged violation of this Collective Agreement concerning all or a substantial number of employees in the bargaining unit in regard to which an individual employee could not grieve) may be lodged by the Union in writing with the Administrator at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure at any time within five (5) full working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated. If it is not satisfactorily settled, it may be referred to arbitration in the same manner and to the same extent as a grievance of an employee.
Union/Policy Grievance is defined as one which involves a question relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement and is signed by a representative of the Union.

  • A Union Policy Grievance or a Company Grievance may be submitted to the Company or the Union, as the case may be, in writing within ten (10) days from the time the circumstances upon which the grievance is based were known or should have been known by the grievor.

You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. It is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.

  • Grievance means a dispute arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
