Union delegates. Means any employee elected by the employees to carry out Union duties within the provision of article 7.

  • Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;

  • Authorized delegate means a person a licensee designates to provide money services on behalf of the licensee.

  • Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.
