UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 6.01 No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Corporation without proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Corporation will recognize:
UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. The Employer the right of the Union to appoint or elect two stewards from the members of the bargaining unit. The stewards shall be full-time employees of the Employer who have completed their probationary period. The Union acknowledges that the stewards must continue to perform their regular duties on behalf of the Employer and that so far as possible, all activities of the stewards will be carried on outside the regular working hours of the stewards unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Employer and the Union. The Employer agrees to a negotiating committee composed of two employees whose function shall be to negotiate renewals of this Collective Agreement as provided in Article The negotiating committee shall be regular full-time employees of the Employer who have completed their probationary period. Such employee members of the committee and stewards shall be paid by the Employer for time used during normally scheduled working hours of the employees in negotiations up to and including all Conciliation proceedings, but excluding any Arbitration proceedings. The Union will notify the Employer of the names of the stewards and the names of the members of the negotiating committee in writing and further agrees to advise the Employer in writing promptly of any change in the same. The Employer shall not be obligated to the stewards or the negotiating committee prior to the receipt of the said names. The Employer agrees to furnish the Union, in writing, with a list of supervisors and to advise the Union, in writing, promptly of any change in the same. Where there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for such meeting will be made in writing at least one week prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or matters that are properly the subject of negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this Agreement. UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Union will have the right to appoint or otherwise select a Grievance/Negotiating Committee comprised of five (5) employees who have completed their probationary period plant wide. Unless because of lack of delegates the composition of the Grievance/Negotiating Committee shall be as follows: Any three (3) Production employees plant wide to deal with production issues. Any two (2) Full time Skilled Trades employees plant wide to deal with skilled trade issues. The President of the Local Union shall reside on the above committee and will be counted as one (1) of the five (5).
UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 8.01 The Union has the right to elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of two (2) representatives, one (1) of whom shall be the Chief Xxxxxxx. All members of the committee shall be regular full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer who have completed their probationary period.
UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The employer shall not bargain with or enter into any agreement with an employee or group of employees in the bargaining unit. No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the union at meetings with the employer without the proper authorization of the union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the union shall be the spokesperson. Upon notification from the union representative(s), the employer will advise the designated union representative(s) of the intended agenda for any meeting with a bargaining unit member. Management will give as much advance notice as possible. In order that this may be carried out, the union will supply the employer with the names of its officers. Likewise, the employer shall supply the union with a list of its supervisory personnel with whom the union may be required to transact business with respect to the grievance procedure.

UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 8.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that where negotiations are conducted the Union will elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of three (3) members, one (1) of whom shall be the Chief Xxxxxxx and one (1) shall be from the part-time compliment.
UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 4.01 (a) The Company agrees to recognize a Union Bargaining Committee from and representing the employees, such Committee not to exceed seven (7) members, all of whom shall be regular employees of the Company with a minimum of three (3) months' service with the Company's plant. Trustees can substitute for absent Committee members.

Subject to Article 9.05, the Union Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to represent any employee at grievance and/or complaint procedure meetings. The Xxxxxxx may assist any employee who the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure. The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the names of the Stewards and the Committee Members before the Employer shall be required to recognize same.
