Union Agreements means (i) each agreement with any union or similar organization in effect with respect to the business and/or operations of the Property, (ii) any successor to, replacement of, or any other similar contract or agreement, in each case, entered into with respect to the Property and (iii) any modification, restatement, replacement or other amendment to any of the foregoing.

Related to Union Agreements
