Uniform Electronic Transactions Act definition

Uniform Electronic Transactions Act means that certain Uniform Electronic Transactions Act published by the Uniform Law Commission in 1999 giving electronic signatures the same effect as traditional handwritten signatures under the statute of frauds.
Uniform Electronic Transactions Act means the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as promulgated by the Uniform Law Commission, and in effect in the relevant state from time to time, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute, and any regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time.
