Unfunded Exposure Amount definition

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Delayed Funding Term Loan, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments associated with such Delayed Funding Term Loan.

Unfunded Exposure Amount. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate amount (without duplication) of all unfunded commitments associated with the Loans.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all Exposure Amounts.

Examples of Unfunded Exposure Amount in a sentence

• Amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account may be withdrawn (A) by the Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 2.9(e)(ii) to fund any draw requests of the relevant Obligors under any Delayed Draw Loan or Revolving Loan or (B) if the amount on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account exceeds the Aggregate Unfunded Exposure Amount, by the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager on the Borrower’s behalf) to make a deposit into the Principal Collection Account to the extent of such excess.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon the occurrence of the earlier of (i) an Event of Default or (ii) the Revolving Period End Date with respect to all the Commitments, if the amount on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account is less than the Aggregate Unfunded Exposure Amount, the Borrower shall request an Advance in the amount of such shortfall (the “ Exposure Amount Shortfall”).

• All funding requests associated with the Unfunded Exposure Amount shall be made from the Unfunded Exposure Account after the Reinvestment Period End Date.

More Definitions of Unfunded Exposure Amount

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Loan Asset, the aggregate amount (without duplication) of the unfunded Revolving Commitment and unfunded Delayed Draw Commitments associated with such Loan Asset.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to a Delayed Draw Loan Asset or a Revolving Loan, as applicable, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments associated with such Loan Asset as of such date.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Delayed Funding Term Loan or Revolving Loan, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments (in the case of unfunded commitments denominated in CAD, Euro and GBP, converted to USD at the Spot Rate on such date of determination) associated with such Delayed Funding Term Loan or Revolving Loan, as applicable; provided that, on the last day of the Reinvestment Period, the Unfunded Exposure Amount of any Revolving Loan shall be an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all potential future funding commitments with respect thereto.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum (determined on a traded basis), with respect to each Delayed Funding Term Loan or Revolving Loan, of an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments (in the case of unfunded commitments denominated in any Permitted Non-USD Currency, converted to USD at the Spot Rate on such date of determination) associated with such Delayed Funding Term Loan or Revolving Loan, as applicable.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, on any date of determination, with respect to any Collateral Asset, the aggregate amount (without duplication) of all (i) unfunded commitments and (ii) all standby or contingent commitments associated with such Collateral Asset.

Unfunded Exposure Amount means, at any time, the amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Exposure Amount exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.

Unfunded Exposure Amount has the meaning specified in Annex C.
