Undrawn Fee definition

Undrawn Fee a fee payable pursuant to Section 3.2 for each day of the related Collection Period equal to the product of (x) the aggregate Commitments on such day minus the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Advances on such day times (y) the Undrawn Fee Rate times (z) 1/360.
Undrawn Fee has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.09.
Undrawn Fee is defined in Section 2.4(a).

Examples of Undrawn Fee in a sentence

  • The Undrawn Fee shall be fully earned and nonrefundable under any circumstances and in addition to, and not creditable against, any other fee, cost or expense payable under the Investment Documents.
