Undocumented Workers definition

Undocumented Workers means individuals who, at the time of employment with the Company, are not: (i) lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States or are not authorized under law to be employed in that manner in the United States; and (ii) such other Persons as are included within the definition of undocumented workers pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1324a (f) and/or or any other applicable state and/or federal law or regulation.
Undocumented Workers means: (i) individuals who, at the time of employment with the Grant Recipient, are not lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States or are not authorized under law to be employed in that manner in the United States; and (ii) such other persons as are included within the definition of “Undocumented Worker” pursuant to V.T.C.A., Government Code §2264.001(4), as hereafter amended or replaced, or any other applicable law or regulation.
