Undeveloped Property definition

Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

Undeveloped Property means, for each Fiscal Year, all Taxable Property not classified as Developed Property or Other Taxable Property.

Undeveloped Property means, for each Fiscal Year, all Taxable Property not classified as Developed Property, Taxable Conservation Property, Taxable Property Owner Association Property, Taxable Public Property, or Taxable Religious Property.

Undeveloped Property means all Assessor's Parcels which are not Developed Property.
