Undeveloped Properties definition

Undeveloped Properties means, in general, all interests (and “Undeveloped Property” means any or each interest individually, as the context requires) of substantially or entirely undeveloped Property (in each case on substantially entitled land).
Undeveloped Properties means Seller’s interest in all of the oil, gas or other Hydrocarbon leases and other rights to Hydrocarbons and other minerals in place on the lands described on Exhibit A-5, including, without limitation, those Leases set forth in Exhibit A-5, together with each and every kind and character of right, title, claim and interest that Seller has in and to such leases and other rights, or the lands covered thereby or lands currently pooled, unitized, communitized or consolidated therewith; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that such leases and other rights shall not include the Pontotoc Interest or the Xxxxx Properties.
Undeveloped Properties means, the Opco Undeveloped Land, the Auburn Undeveloped Land and the Sonoma Undeveloped Land.

More Definitions of Undeveloped Properties

Undeveloped Properties. As of the date of this Agreement, means the Properties specified on Exhibit A-3, subject to changes described in Section 6.5.
