Undesignated Preferred Stock definition

Undesignated Preferred Stock means the undesignated shares of preferred stock of the Issuer, which the Board of Directors is authorized to issue in one or more series with such powers, preferences and relative, participating, optional, or other rights, and the qualifications, limitations, and restrictions, as may be determined in the Board of Director’s sole discretion without further authorization by the shareholders.
