Examples of Undertakings in a sentence
The Employer shall maintain a panel of Conciliators, who shall be from serving or retired engineers of Government Departments, or of Public Sector Undertakings.
The following provisions shall survive the expiration and termination of this Agreement: Sections 3 (Ownership), 5 (Limited Warranty), 6 (Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Indemnification), 7 (Customer’s Data; Undertakings), 8 (Data Disclaimer; Indemnity), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10.c (Effect of Termination), 15 (General), and any provision identified in a Software Addendum as surviving such Termination.

If the special conditions of sale state that The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) does not apply, this is a warranty by the Seller that TUPE does not apply.
Reference to Transfer Regulations in this Section means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended from time to time.
