Undertaking definition

Undertaking means any natural or legal person, whether profit-making or not, or any official body whether having its own legal personality or not;
Undertaking means: (i) a body corporate or partnership; or (ii) an unincorporated association carrying on a trade or business, with or without a view to a profit.
Undertaking has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
