Underlying Units definition

Underlying Units has the meaning given to it above;
Underlying Units means the common stock, par value $[0.01] per share, of the Company.
Underlying Units means the Common Units issued and issuable upon conversion or redemption of the Notes and upon exercise of the Warrants.

  • Such delivery shall also constitute the Company’s consent to Mackie’s use of the Offering Documents in connection with the distribution of the Underlying Units in the Qualifying Provinces in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and Canadian Securities Laws.

More Definitions of Underlying Units

Underlying Units means the Units issuable pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Offered Subscription Receipts and includes the Over-Allotment Units, if applicable;
Underlying Units means the Units, if any, that have been issued upon any exercise of the Pledged Warrants.
