Underlying Mortgagor definition

Underlying Mortgagor means the obligor on an Underlying Mortgage Note.
Underlying Mortgagor means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the obligor on the Underlying Mortgage Note and the grantor of the related Underlying Mortgage.
Underlying Mortgagor means the borrower(s), guarantor(s), third party security provider(s) and/or obligor(s) in respect of any Underlying Loan as the context may require or permit.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • Actual/360 Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that accrues interest on an Actual/360 Basis.
