Related to Undercharged Amount

  • Charged Assets means the assets from time to time subject, or expressed to be subject, to the Charges or any part of those assets.

  • Charged-Off Receivable means a Receivable: (i) as to which the Obligor thereof has taken any action, or suffered any event to occur, of the type described in Section 9.1(d) (as if references to Seller Party therein refer to such Obligor); (ii) as to which the Obligor thereof, if a natural person, is deceased, (iii) which, consistent with the Credit and Collection Policy, would be written off Seller’s books as uncollectible or (iv) which has been identified by Seller as uncollectible.

  • Deficiency Balance means, with respect to any Receivable, any deficiency balance, charged-off amount, Principal Balance, accrued interest and/or fees and any Related Security; provided, that such amounts and Related Security relate to a Receivable which is a Defaulted Receivable.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Charged Property means all of the assets of the Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.

  • Matured Principal Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date and for any Class of Notes which would have a remaining principal balance greater than zero on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date and as to which such Distribution Date is either the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for such Class, or a Distribution Date subsequent to such Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the remaining principal balance of such Class on such Distribution Date after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date.

  • Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Section 4.03(a) hereof. “Department” shall mean the South Carolina Department of Revenue.

  • Allowed Amount means the total amount of reimbursement allocated to a covered Service and includes both the BCBSAZ payment and the Member Cost-share payment. BCBSAZ calculates deductible and Coinsurance based on the Allowed Amount, less any access fees or Precertification Charges. BCBSAZ uses the Allowed Amount to accumulate toward any Out-of-pocket Coinsurance Maximum or Out-of-pocket Maximum that applies to the member’s Benefit Plan. The Allowed Amount does not include any balance bills from noncontracted Providers. The Allowed Amount is neither tied to, nor necessarily reflective of, the amounts Providers in any given area usually charge for their services.
