Uncured Quality Issues definition

Uncured Quality Issues has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Examples of Uncured Quality Issues in a sentence

  • Licensee shall cease use of the Licensed Marks on or in connection with any products, services and activities that are the subject of the Uncured Quality Issues as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than one year following the date on which such Quality Issues are determined to be Uncured Quality Issues.

  • During such time, Licensee may not create, manufacture, produce, distribute or otherwise use any new Marketing Materials, Promotional Items, or products or services using any Licensed Marks that are associated with the Uncured Quality Issues.

  • In that case, Outlet Stores shall cease use of the Marks on or in connection with the Outlet Products, Services or activities that are the subject of the Uncured Quality Issues as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event later than six (6) months after such Quality Issues are determined to be Uncured Quality Issues with regard to use for marketing materials and one (1) year with regard to all use on Outlet Products or Services.

  • In that case, SHAS shall cease use of the Marks on or in connection with the HTS Products, Services or activities that are the subject of the Uncured Quality Issues as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event later than six (6) months after such Quality Issues are determined to be Uncured Quality Issues with regard to use for marketing materials and one (1) year with regard to all use on SHAS’s HTS Products or Services.

  • In that case, XXXX shall cease use of the Marks on or in connection with the HTS Products, Services or activities that are the subject of the Uncured Quality Issues as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event later than six (6) months after such Quality Issues are determined to be Uncured Quality Issues with regard to use for marketing materials and one (1) year with regard to all use on XXXX’x HTS Products or Services.

  • During such time, Licensee may not create, manufacture, produce, distribute or otherwise use any Marketing Materials or Promotional Items bearing any Licensed Marks in connection with Licensed Products that are associated with the Uncured Quality Issues.

  • Licensee shall cease use of the Licensed Marks on, or in connection with, any Licensed Products that are the subject of the Uncured Quality Issues as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than ninety days following the date on which such Quality Issues are determined to be Uncured Quality Issues.

Related to Uncured Quality Issues

  • Water quality standards means provisions of state or federal law which consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based upon such uses. Water quality standards are to protect the public health or welfare, enhance the quality of water and serve the purposes of the State Water Control Law (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) and the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.).

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardization or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification Schedule.
