suspended platform means a working platform suspended from supports by means of one or more separate ropes from each support;
online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.
Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.
Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).
Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;
Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
Personalized license plate means a license plate that has displayed on it a
Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.
Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);
Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.
Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.
Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
Inside Information means any information relating to any Competition or Event that a Participant possesses by virtue of his position within the sport. Such information includes, but is not limited to, factual information regarding the competitors, the conditions, tactical considerations or any other aspect of the Competition or Event, but does not include such information that is already published or a matter of public record, readily acquired by an interested member of the public or disclosed according to the rules and regulations governing the relevant Competition or Event;
Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
Derivative Work means a work that is based on one or more preexisting works (such as a revision, translation, dramatization, motion picture version, abridgment, condensation, enhancement, modification, or any other form in which preexisting work may be recast, transformed, or adapted) which, if created without the authorization of the copyright owner of the preexisting work, would constitute copyright infringement.
Interceptor means a device designed and installed so as to separate and retain deleterious, hazardous, or undesirable matter from normal wastes, while allowing normal sewage or wastes to discharge into the drainage system by gravity.
Supported Hardware means the hardware and platforms that are listed at (i) xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx and xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/resourcelibrary/articles/enterprise-linux-virtualization-support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Subscriptions, (ii) xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/products/platforms/application/supportedconfigurations/ for Red Hat JBoss Middleware Subscriptions, and (iii) xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/knowledge/articles/66206 for Red Hat Gluster Storage Subscriptions, (iv) xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/products/red-hat-ceph-storage for Red Hat Ceph Storage Subscriptions and (v) xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/ansible- tower/latest/html/quickinstall/prepare.html#prerequisites-and-requirements for Ansible Tower Subscriptions. “Evaluation Subscriptions” are Subscription Services provided for the sole purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Subscription Services for your future purchase from Red Hat or through one of our authorized Business Partners (“Evaluation Purposes”), and not for Production Purposes, Development Purposes or any other purpose.
Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.
Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
