Unconditional Date definition

Unconditional Date means the date on which the Offer is declared or becomes unconditional in all respects.

Unconditional Date has the meaning given in clause 3.7;

Unconditional Date means the date on which the Takeover Offer is declared or becomes unconditional in all respects.

Examples of Unconditional Date in a sentence

• The first Business Day by which all Closing Conditions have been fulfilled (or waived in accordance with clause 8.3) is the "Unconditional Date".
