Unauthorized Transaction definition

Unauthorized Transaction means as defined in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
Unauthorized Transaction means a Transaction made by someone without your authorization and from which you received no benefit. An Unauthorized Transaction does not include: (a) a Card Transaction by a person to whom you fur- nished your Card or PIN unless you have notified us that Card Transactions by such persons are no longer authorized and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notice;
Unauthorized Transaction means any transaction initiated by a Person who is not authorized to make a transaction from or through a Website, including without limitation, any fraudulent transaction.

Unauthorized Transaction means any error, discrepancy, omission, wrongful or irregular transfer or unauthorized transaction appearing in any advice, statement of account, deposit confirmation, certificate, passbook or other confirmation of instructions issued by the Bank and any other transaction on any Account not authorized by the Customer or any Authorized Representative;
Unauthorized Transaction means a Transaction made on a Card or Account by any person or entity other than an Account User.

Unauthorized Transaction in relation to my Account, means any payment transaction initiated by any person without my actual or imputed knowledge and implied or express consent. For the avoidance of doubt, where I knew of and consented to a payment transaction, such a transaction is not an unauthorized transaction, notwithstanding that I may not have consented to the payment transaction; and
Unauthorized Transaction means as defined in Section 9.1 (Protection for Unauthorized Transactions and Errors) et seq. of this Agreement.
