Unauthorized Drugs definition

Unauthorized Drugs. – means non-medically prescribed controlled substances capable of altering the mood, perception, behavior or judgment of the individual consuming it, and any substance obtained with improper prescription or taken in a manner or quantity other than that for which it was prescribed or manufactured.
Unauthorized Drugs means any substance, other than Prescription Medication, which is, or has the effect on the human body of being a narcotic, depressant, stimulant, hallucinogen or cannabinoid, their precursors, derivatives or analogues, and includes, but is not limited to, Controlled Substances, inhalants, “designer drugs”, “look-a-likes”, and hemp products or products derived from hemp.
Unauthorized Drugs means any substance, other than an authorized substance, which is, or has the effect on the human body of being a narcotic, depressant, stimulant, hallucinogen or cannabinoid, their precursors, derivatives or analogues, and includes, but is not limited to, those substances scheduled as controlled substances pursuant to the Federal Controlled Substances Act, inhalants, incenses, paints, glues, aerosols, “designer drugs”, “look- a-likes, synthetic drugs, and similar substances.

Related to Unauthorized Drugs

  • Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm or other software routines or equipment components whose effect is to permit unauthorized access or to disable, erase or otherwise harm software, equipment or data, or to perform any other actions not authorized by Customer.

  • Unauthorized Use means either of the following:

  • Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Unauthorized signature means one made without actual, implied, or apparent authority and includes a forgery.

  • Unauthorized disclosure or "unauthorized release" means any disclosure or release not permitted by federal or state statute or regulation, any lawful contract or written agreement, or that does not respond to a lawful order of a court or tribunal or other lawful order.

  • Unauthorized alien means an alien as defined in Section 1324a(h)(3) of Title 8 of the United States Code.

  • Unauthorized insurer means an insurance institution that has not been granted a certificate of authority by the commissioner to transact the business of insurance in this state."

  • Narcotic drug means any of the following, whether produced directly or indirectly by extraction from substances of vegetable origin, or independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis:

  • Counterfeit drug means a drug that, or the container or

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Unauthorized person means any person who accesses government data without a work assignment that reasonably requires access, or regardless of the person's work assignment, for a purpose not described in the procedures required by section 13.05, subdivision 5.

  • Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Drugs means (a) substances recognized in the official United

  • Company Proprietary Software means all software owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.
