Unauthorised Traffic definition

Unauthorised Traffic means any Traffic which is not of a nature permitted to be transmitted under the Service Schedule, exceeds any volume restrictions specified in the Service Schedule, is illegal, or defamatory, or breaches any laws or relevant industry codes, or is otherwise prohibited by this Agreement or by Grapevine from time-to-time.
Unauthorised Traffic means any Traffic delivered into the TransACT Network via an interconnection point or any other point of interface between ISP Equipment and TransACT’s Equipment which:

Examples of Unauthorised Traffic in a sentence

  • The End User must ensure that no Unauthorised Traffic is used in respect of the Service including but not limited to ensuring that no Unauthorised Traffic enters the Grapevine Network.

  • VNXX Traffic is all traffic originated by a Party’s End User Customer and dialed with a local dialing pattern that is not terminated to the other Party’s End User Customer physically located within the same CenturyLink Local Calling Area (as approved by the state Commission) as the originating caller, regardless of the NPA-NXX dialed. VNXX does not include originating 8XX traffic.

  • Unauthorized alien means an alien as defined in Section 1324a(h)(3) of Title 8 of the United States Code.

  • Unauthorized person means any person who accesses government data without a work assignment that reasonably requires access, or regardless of the person's work assignment, for a purpose not described in the procedures required by section 13.05, subdivision 5.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Unauthorized Third Party means any person or entity that, at the time of the Computer Fraud, is not an Authorized User.

  • Malicious Software means any software program or code intended to destroy, interfere with, corrupt, or cause undesired effects on program files, data or other information, executable code or application software macros, whether or not its operation is immediate or delayed, and whether the malicious software is introduced wilfully, negligently or without knowledge of its existence.

  • Traffic means pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, and other conveyances either singly or together while using any highway for purposes of travel.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Unauthorized insurer means an insurance institution that has not been granted a certificate of authority by the commissioner to transact the business of insurance in this state."
