Unattended in a Public Place means an item can be taken without your knowledge or at a distance from which you cannot prevent it from being taken.

  • Public place means any place, building, or conveyance to which the public has or is permitted access.

  • Public Areas means (1) public parks, playgrounds, trails, paths and other recreational areas; (2) other public open spaces; (3) scenic and historic sites; and (4) sites for schools and other public buildings and structures.
