Unallocated Shares definition

Unallocated Shares has the meaning given to it in paragraph 17.1 of the Implementation Plan.
Unallocated Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 11(c)(2)(B) of this Agreement.
Unallocated Shares means the shares of Company Common Stock that have not been allocated to the account of any participant in the ESOP as of the Effective Time.
