Unallocated Assets definition

Unallocated Assets has the meaning set forth in the Titling Company Agreement.
Unallocated Assets means Assets which are not as of the date of this Agreement identified on Schedule 1 hereto as Allocated Assets or Retained Assets.
Unallocated Assets means the Titling Company Assets that are not allocated to and associated with a Series (other than the Unallocated Assets Series) pursuant to a Series Supplement.

Unallocated Assets means Titling Company Assets not allocated to a Series in accordance with a Series Supplement. EXHIBIT B LEASED VEHICLE POWER OF ATTORNEY PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.11(b) OF THE SERVICING AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Nissan-Infiniti LT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Grantor”) located at Xxx Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000, does hereby appoint Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at Xxx Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000 (the “Grantee”), as its attorney-in-fact with full power of substitution and hereby authorizes and empowers the Grantee, in the name of and on behalf of the Grantor, to take the following actions from time to time with respect to the motor vehicles referred to as “Leased Vehicles” in the Amended and Restated Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2021 (the “Servicing Agreement”), between Nissan-Infiniti LT LLC, NILT LLC and Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC, such Leased Vehicles being more particularly described in the currently effective “Schedule of Leases and Leased Vehicles”, as defined in the Servicing Agreement (such motor vehicles, the “Leased Vehicles”), a copy of which “Schedule of Leases and Leased Vehicles” is maintained by the Grantee and is incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein, for the purpose of enabling the Grantee in the name of the Grantor to transfer, liquidate or dispose of the Leased Vehicles, upon such terms and conditions as the Grantee deems advisable, namely to:
Unallocated Assets means any assets of a money purchase scheme which have not been specifically allocated for the provision of benefits to or in respect of members (whether generally or individually).
Unallocated Assets. , in relation to a scheme, means any assets of the scheme which have not been specifically allocated for the provision of benefits to, or in respect of, members (whether generally or individually).

Related to Unallocated Assets

  • Unallocated Basis means that the Person in whose name Gold is so held is entitled to receive delivery of Gold standing to the credit of that Person’s account, but that Person has no ownership interest in any particular Gold that the custodian maintaining that account owns or holds.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Invested Assets means the sum of the market value of the securities held in the Portfolios, and shall not include cash or cash equivalents.

  • Retained asset account means any mechanism whereby the settlement of proceeds payable under a policy or contract is accomplished by the insurer or an entity acting on behalf of the insurer depositing the proceeds into an account with check or draft writing privileges, where those proceeds are retained by the insurer or its agent, pursuant to a supplementary contract not involving annuity benefits other than death benefits.

  • Included Assets has the meaning in Section 5.1(d)(ii)(A).

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Shared-Loss Assets means Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate purchased by the Assuming Institution, Additional ORE, Shared-Loss Subsidiaries, and Capitalized Expenditures, but does not include Shared-Loss Securities.

  • Adjusted Property means any property the Carrying Value of which has been adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • Carrying Value means (a) with respect to a Contributed Property, the Agreed Value of such property reduced (but not below zero) by all depreciation, amortization and cost recovery deductions charged to the Partners’ and Assignees’ Capital Accounts in respect of such Contributed Property, and (b) with respect to any other Partnership property, the adjusted basis of such property for federal income tax purposes, all as of the time of determination. The Carrying Value of any property shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 5.5(d)(i) and 5.5(d)(ii) and to reflect changes, additions or other adjustments to the Carrying Value for dispositions and acquisitions of Partnership properties, as deemed appropriate by the General Partner.

  • Affected Assets means, collectively, the Receivables and the Related Security, Collections and Proceeds relating thereto.
