Unaffiliated Seller. ABFS 2002-4, Inc.

Unaffiliated Seller. ABFS 1999-4, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Unaffiliated Seller means ABFS 2001-1, Inc., in its capacity as Unaffiliated Seller of the Mortgage Loans under this Agreement and any successor to ABFS 2001-1, Inc., whether through merger, consolidation, purchase and assumption of ABFS 2001-1, Inc. or all or substantially all of its assets or otherwise. Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
