Unacceptable Materials definition

Unacceptable Materials means any materials included under the heading of Unacceptable Materials in the Program List.
Unacceptable Materials means materials not accepted for disposal at the Cumberland Central Landfill, including but is not limited to biomedical waste and household hazardous waste;
Unacceptable Materials means any solid waste, hazardous waste, contaminants or discards not included as Acceptable Materials.

More Definitions of Unacceptable Materials

Unacceptable Materials means any material that is not Acceptable Wood Waste.
Unacceptable Materials means all materials that may impair the processing or marketability of the Product other than Acceptable Materials. Unacceptable Materials includes but is not limited to RCP, brick, rocks and soil.
Unacceptable Materials means (i) Hazardous Waste, (ii) medical wastes including sharps and other biohazards, (iii) conditionally-exempt small quantity generator (CESQG) wastes, and (iv) any materials not deemed Recyclables. “Uncontrollable Circumstance” means an event or condition listed in this definition, whether affecting the Project, the City, or WYCO Recycling, that has, or will have, a direct material adverse effect on the Agreement or the Project, ownership or possession of the Project, or delivery of Recyclables to the Project, if such event or condition is beyond the reasonable control, not the result of the action or a lack of due diligence, of the non-performing Party relying thereon as justification, and could not have been foreseen and avoided, prevented, or significantly ameliorated by WYCO Recycling by exercising reasonable prudence or diligence. The following events or conditions, and no others, shall constitute Uncontrollable Circumstances if they meet the requirements of the preceding sentence:
Unacceptable Materials means all materials and wastes that are radioactive, flammable, highly volatile, explosive, toxic, or liquid materials; all wastes and substances defined as hazardous under Title 42 of the United States Code, Section 6903(5), Sections 25117 or 25316 of the California Health and Safety Code, or the regulations promulgated under such statutes, as amended from time to time; all materials defined as medical waste in California Health and Safety Code Section 117690, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time; industrial wastes; special wastes including but not limited to, cannery sludges, ash, and contaminated soil any other materials and wastes that the Compost Facility is not authorized to accept for processing under its land use entitlements, approvals and permits (as they now exist or may hereafter be amended).
Unacceptable Materials means the materials listed in Phase 1, Section D below. All recyclable materials collected for delivery and sale by the Contractor shall be hauled to a processing facility selected by the Contractor for processing.
Unacceptable Materials means any Hazardous Substance, liquid waste, or other material prohibited from being received or processed at the Composting Facility under Applicable Law or Permits.

  • Unsuitable material means material other than suitable material and shall comprise:

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Unacceptable Waste means all waste not authorized for disposal at the Columbia Ridge Landfill and Recycling Center or successor site designated by the City, by those governmental entities having jurisdiction or any waste the disposal of which would constitute a violation of any governmental requirement pertaining to the environment, health or safety. Unacceptable Waste includes any waste that is now or hereafter defined by federal law or by the disposal jurisdiction as radioactive, dangerous, hazardous or extremely hazardous waste and vehicle tires in excess of those permitted to be disposed of by the laws of the disposal jurisdiction.

  • Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packag- ing and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.

  • fungible materials means materials that are of the same kind and commercial quality, with the same technical and physical characteristics, and which cannot be distinguished from one another once they are incorporated into the finished product;

  • Nonconforming lot means a lot that met dimensional requirements of the applicable master program at the time of its establishment but now contains less than the required width, depth or area due to subsequent changes to the master program.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Nonconforming Goods means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer's purchase order; or (ii) product's label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.

  • Product Know-How means Know-How

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Due Diligence Materials means the information to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Cost of materials means the cost of components, parts or materials which are intended for the production, manufacturing or assembling of the goods bid for and which are not produced, manufactured or assembled in the factory where the production, manufacture or assembly of such goods occurs, including freight, landing costs, port charges, import duties and other import costs of such components, parts or materials and all costs in connection with the handling and transport thereof prior to delivery at that factory;

  • Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:

  • Combustible material means combustible refuse, combustible waste or any other material capable of igniting;

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.
