Ultra Business definition

Ultra Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Ultra Business means the (i) business of providing IT, operations and maintenance, and mission support related products and services to (A) Federal Government Customers and (B) certain United States state and local government agencies pursuant to Existing Ultra State and Local Contracts, collectively constituting the United States Public Sector segment of Delta and its Subsidiaries (including the Ultra Group) prior to the Effective Time, and (ii) any and all businesses of the Ultra Group after the Effective Time (including any businesses acquired or established by or for Ultra or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time).
Ultra Business is defined in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
