Examples of Ultimate Recipients in a sentence

  • The Ultimate Recipients shall seek written consent from the Initial Recipient as approved by NRCan before the disposal of any goods acquired or used for the Sub- Projects that are either disposed of or cease to be used for the Sub-Projects prior to the completion of the Sub-Projects and for three (3) years thereafter.

  • In-kind; • Land costs; and • Legal costs for Ultimate Recipients.

  • EE Program loan funds may be used for direct re- lending to Ultimate Recipients where the requirements of § 1710.405(b) are met.

  • Ultimate Recipient warrants that it has the expertise and resources to conduct the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and that the Project shall be performed in a prompt, diligent and professional manner and in accordance with the generally accepted professional standards of experienced Ultimate Recipients performing similar services in a similar industry.

Related to Ultimate Recipients

  • Alternate Recipient means any Child of a Participant who is recognized under a Medical Child Support Order as having a right to enrollment under this Plan as the Participant’s eligible Dependent. For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.

  • Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.

  • Intended Recipient means any person or party to whom any Messages are intended by the sender to be sent through or incidental to any of the Tradelink Services.

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Primary recipient means any recipi- ent which is authorized or required to extend or distribute Federal financial assistance to another recipient.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • Participating Pharmacy means a pharmacy that has entered into a prescription drug plan agreement with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager listed on your identification card.
