UK Group definition

UK Group means the UK Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

UK Group means (a) the Company, (b) any company that is a UK Subsidiary of the Company, (c) any company of which the Company is a UK Subsidiary (its holding company), (d) any UK Subsidiary of any Group Company and (e) any other UK Subsidiaries of any such UK Subsidiary or holding company, and which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes Bionostics Limited, Univak Plc and Xxxxxxxx Pension Trustees Limited, and “UK Group Company” means any one of them.
