Data Protection Legislation: (i) all applicable UK law relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including but not limited to the UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent that it relates to processing of personal data and privacy; and (ii) (to the extent that it may be applicable) the EU GDPR).
If the Licensor is a data processor within the meaning of the UK GDPR, then this Agreement shall constitute a data processing agreement pursuant to paragraph 28.3 of UK GDPR.
