UK DB Pension Scheme definition

UK DB Pension Scheme means the Furmanite International Limited Pension and Life Assurance Plan.
UK DB Pension Scheme means the X.X. Xxxxxxxx Company Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme established by a trust deed dated 21 and 26 June 1961 and currently governed by a deed of amendment dated 25 and 26 November 2002 as amended to date.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.
