UCC Financing Statement definition

UCC Financing Statement. A financing statement filed, or to be filed, pursuant to the UCC.
UCC Financing Statement means a financing statement filed or to be filed in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time, in the relevant state or states.
UCC Financing Statement. A financing statement executed and filed pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect in the relevant jurisdiction, or, in the case of Louisiana, the comparable provisions of Louisiana law.
