UCC-1 Financing Statements definition

UCC-1 Financing Statements means such UCC-1 Financing Statements as Lender shall file with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
UCC-1 Financing Statements means such UCC-1 Financing Statements as FFCA shall require to be executed and delivered by Debtor with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

More Definitions of UCC-1 Financing Statements

UCC-1 Financing Statements means the UCC-1 Financing Statements filed by the Pledgor to perfect the security interests in the Collateral granted herein.
