  • The Company owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in Uxin Used Car Cayman(on a fully diluted basis), Uxin Used Car Cayman in turn owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in UcarShow HK (on a fully diluted basis) and UcarShow HK in turn owns one hundred percent (100%) equity interest in Yougu Shanghai (on a fully diluted basis), in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance.
