Type of Return means “Excess Return”, “Modified Price Return”, “Net Total Return”, “Price Return”, “Total Return” and “Total Return – Synthetic Dividend”.

  • Applicable Settlement Currency: USD Dividends (the following provisions shall apply only in the event that the Type of Return is Total Return): For purposes of Article 10 of the Equity Definitions, references to “Shares” shall be deemed to be references to shares within the Index.

  • Dividends (the following provisions shall apply unless the Type of Return is not Total Return): Dividend Period: First Period Dividend Amount: The Record Amount multiplied by the Number of Shares as of the relevant date; if Averaging Dates are Applicable, the Calculation Agent shall make appropriate adjustments to the Number of Shares if a record date occurs on or following the day that is one Settlement Cycle following the initial Averaging Date in respect of the final Valuation Date.

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Internal Rate of Return means, as of any determination date, the effective discount rate under which the present value of the Inflows associated with an outstanding share of Class J Preferred Stock equals the Outflow on the Issue Date associated with such share. For purposes of calculation of Internal Rate of Return:

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Corporate Taxpayer Return means the federal and/or state and/or local Tax Return, as applicable, of the Corporate Taxpayer filed with respect to Taxes of any Taxable Year.

  • Hurdle Amount for any period during a calendar year means that amount that results in a 5% annualized internal rate of return on the Net Asset Value of the Partnership Units outstanding at the beginning of the then-current calendar year and all Partnership Units issued since the beginning of the then-current calendar year, taking into account the timing and amount of all distributions accrued or paid (without duplication) on all such Partnership Units and all issuances of Partnership Units over the period and calculated in accordance with recognized industry practices. The ending Net Asset Value of the Partnership Units used in calculating the internal rate of return will be calculated before giving effect to any allocation or accrual to the Performance Participation Interest and any applicable stockholder servicing fee expenses, provided that the calculation of the Hurdle Amount for any period will exclude any Partnership Units repurchased during such period, which Partnership Units will be subject to the Performance Participation Interest upon such repurchase as described in Section 5.2(c).

  • Priority Return means a 6% cumulative, non-compounded, pre-tax annual return (based on a 365-day year).

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Preferred Return has the meaning specified in the Company LLC Agreement.

  • valid return means a return furnished under sub-section (1) of section 39 on which self-assessed tax has been paid in full;

  • Class B Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • IRR means internal rate of return.

  • annual return means the return required to be made in the case of a company having a share capital, under section 132 and in the case of a company not having a share capital, under section 133;

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.

  • Floating Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Invested Amount as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Initial Invested Amount) and the denominator of which is the greater of (1) the sum of (x) the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on such date (or with respect to the first Monthly Period, at the end of the day on the Closing Date) and (y) the principal amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account as of the end of the day on such date and (2) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Series Percentages (as such term is defined in the Agreement) with respect to Finance Charge Receivables or Defaulted Receivables, as applicable, for all Series then outstanding; provided, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer need not make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be the Average Principal Balance; provided further, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period in which an Addition Date occurs and the Servicer is required to make daily deposits of Collections into the Collection Account, the denominator in (x) above shall be (1) for the period from and including the first day of such Monthly Period to but excluding the related Addition Date, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the last day of the prior Monthly Period and (2) for the period from and including the related Addition Date to and including the last day of such Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust at the end of the day on the related Addition Date.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Net Economic Return shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 2 of Exhibit E to the Lease.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Average Contribution Percentage means the average of the Contribution Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.
