Type of Payment for Assigned Duties. (a) Duties and responsibilities assigned by the University to an employee that do not exceed the available established FTE for the position shall be compensated through the payment of salary, not Other Personal Services (OPS) wages.

Type of Payment for Assigned Duties. Employees shall be paid from salary dollars for all assigned duties up to the established FTE on the position and from OPS dollars for assigned duties in excess of the established FTE on the position. Employees on 9-month appointments shall be paid during the Summer Terms, if appointed, from salary dollars up to 1.0 FTE if appointed in the home department/unit. Appointments in excess of 1.0 FTE shall be paid from OPS dollars. Employees may be paid from OPS dollars for assignments outside employees’ home departments/units and for work on USF funded internal grant programs.

  • Notice of Payment of Termination Payment As soon as practicable after a liquidation, Notice shall be given by the Non-Defaulting Party to the Defaulting Party of the amount of the Termination Payment and whether the Termination Payment is due to the Non-Defaulting Party. The Notice shall include a written statement explaining in reasonable detail the calculation of such amount and the sources for such calculation. The Termination Payment shall be made to the Non-Defaulting Party, as applicable, within ten (10) Business Days after such Notice is effective.

  • Fees and Payment for Purchased Services Fees, Invoicing and Payment. Customer will pay all fees specified in the BOM.   • Type of Contract The contract will be a one (1) year term contract from the date of award.
