Type 4 definition

Type 4 means a category of license granted by the SFC, that allows Xxxxxxx.XX to carry out advisory on securities;

Type 4 means an ADU newly constructed on the same residential parcel and detached from the existing residence or accessory structure. A Type 4 ADU shall be served with a new private lateral connecting to the existing private lateral and shall be constructed to then-current District lateral standards and subject to District inspection and approval. At the Owner's discretion, a new separate private lateral may be constructed directly from the new Type 4 ADU to the public main in accordance with then current District construction standards. The owner shall be responsible for all applicable encroachment and other agency permitting requirements for construction in the public right-of-way.

• For purposes of making the allocations described in this Subparagraph (B)(1), a Member who is on a Type 1 non-military Leave of Absence (as defined in Article I, Paragraph (23) and Article X, Section 8(B)(1)) or a Type 4 military Leave of Absence (as defined in Article I, Paragraph (23) and Article X, Section 8(B)(4)), shall, notwithstanding the provisions of this Paragraph, be treated as if he were a Member who was an Employee in Employment on the last day of such Contribution Determination Period.

• The following sentence is added to Section 2 of the Agreement: In no event shall MBF be required to purchase any Type 4 Nonconforming Loan if the Acquisition Price of such Type 4 Nonconforming Loan, when combined with the aggregate Acquisition Price of all Type 4 Nonconforming Loans then held by MBF (and then serviced by Seller or a Successor Servicer), is in excess of the Type 4 Nonconforming Loan Sublimit.
