TWO THIRDS definition

TWO THIRDS means not less than two-thirds of trustees present and eligible to vote or not-less than two-thirds of all trustees eligible to vote.
TWO THIRDS vote means and includes two-thirds of the legal votes cast;
TWO THIRDS. Vote” – shall mean a vote where at least two-thirds’ of the Members present, and eligible to vote, vote in the same manner.
