Tuition costs definition

Tuition costs means any fee that is charged for an apprentice to participate in related instruction under s. 106.01 (6), Stats.
Tuition costs means the amount of expenditures for special education services over and above applicable revenues, as defined in Section 9.01(1) of these Rules, for a child with a disability who receives his or her special education services in an approved facility school, charter school, public school of choice pursuant to Section 22-36-101, C.R.S., or a public on-line program pursuant to Section 22-33-104.6, C.R.S.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Property Expenses means the costs (including, but not limited to, payroll, taxes, assessments, insurance, utilities, landscaping and other similar charges) of operating and maintaining any Eligible Property or Property which secures Other Recourse Debt that are the responsibility of the Borrower or the applicable Material Subsidiary that are not paid directly by any Tenant, but excluding depreciation, amortization, interest costs and maintenance capital expenditures.
