Tuition definition

Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.
Tuition means the education of the Student at the School. Period of Enrolment means any period for which Fees are paid and for the purpose of this Agreement the enrolment of the Student begins on the course start date stated in the Student’s Offer of Place and ends on the course end date stated in the Student’s Offer of Place, or on such earlier date as the parties agree or the School terminates the Agreement pursuant to clause 24 or 26 of the Agreement.
