  • Upon completion of connecting the Tow and signing the necessary documents, the Tug and Tow shall proceed with utmost dispatch to the port(s) or place(s) of destination ordered by Hirer in accordance with Box 5 and there tender the Tow, which shall be accepted forthwith and taken over by Hirer.

  • At port or place of departure, said laytime shall continue to count until the Tug and Tow leave said port or place.

  • A visit for the towing vessel will need to be created in QSHIPS and then the details of the tow added by using the 'add convoy' tab.If an agent is unable to submit a booking by QSHIPS, the agent must complete the VTIS A4 – Tug and Tow Advice in addition to the VTS Vessel Booking Application Form to VTS.

  • Should the Free Time be exceeded, Delay Payments at the rate specified in Box 30 shall be payable until the Tug and Tow sail from the place of departure or the Tug is free to leave the place of destination.

  • Free Time shall commence when the Tug arrives at the pilot station at the place of departure or the Tug and Tow arrives at the pilot station at the place of destination or anchors or arrives at the usual waiting area off such places or, in the case of Canals and Restricted Waters, as from arrival at the pilot station or customary waiting place or anchorage, whichever is the earlier, and until dropping last outbound pilot when leaving for the open sea.

  • New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services
